Christmas Menu

Sorry for the long hiatus! I got very sick and was hospitalized the week after my last entry and am still on the mend. I hope to get back to blogging really soon! In the meantime, I will show you the menu I am planning (with my mother who also loves to cook) for the next two days. I also hope to get up an entry soon with recipes from the holiday party we had this past weekend.

Christmas Eve Dinner:

Kielbasa with white wine, brown sugar and Dijon glaze

Smoked sausages with Chipotle cream sauce

Mushroom Caps with sausage and cheese filling

King Crab Legs and Lobster with drawn butter

Hashbrown Casserole

Variety of Baked Goods and Truffles

Christmas Breakfast:

Monkey Bread

Mimosas and Poinsetta (Champagne with Orange or Cranberry Juice)

Christmas Dinner:

Scalloped Oyster Gratin

Standing Rib Roast with Gravy

Yorkshire Pudding

Mashed Potatoes

Corn Pudding

Broccoli with Hollandaise Sauce

Fresh rolls

Chocolate Mousse Pie

Key Lime Pie

Pumpkin Pie
